The low-carbon consumption operations of SIIC include three century-old companies—Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Co. Ltd. (NBT), The Wing Fat Printing Co., Ltd., and The Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited, as well as South Pacific Hotel (Hong Kong) Limited. NBT was founded in 1905 and registered in Hong Kong by prominent industrialists Kan Chiu-nam and his brother Kan Yuk-kai, guided by the idea of "saving the nation with business." Wing Fat Printing, established in 1913, is among the oldest time-honored printing and packaging enterprises in Hong Kong and even the Chinese mainland. Founded in 1921 by renowned businessman Mr. Wu Yun Chu, The Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited has been a trailblazer in China's condiment and chemical sectors.

Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Co. Ltd. (NBT) is one of the few large-scale industrial enterprises still operating in Hong Kong today. It is also the largest Chinese-funded manufacturer in Hong Kong, employing the most staff in the region. The company's main cigarette brand is the flue-cured tobacco "Double Happiness," which includes eight major series and thirty-five different product specifications.
In response to market demands, NBT has successfully established an innovative system for new product development and brand operations. They have nurtured a number of sub-brands that are large-scale, well-structured, competitive, and sustainable, including the 1905 Series, the Patriotic Series, the Pearl of the East Series, and the Night Shanghai Series. The Wing Fat Printing Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in traditional tobacco and alcohol packaging in recent years and has taken proactive steps into smart pharmaceutical packaging. They have successfully expanded their operations to include high-end paper molding, offering integrated packaging solutions to world-renowned multinationals in sectors such as pharmaceuticals and low-carbon electronics.
Wing Fat Printing offers a range of products, including paper inner trays, paper outer trays, high-end color boxes, and various fine printing options. The company's mission is to provide customers with a one-stop service that encompasses design and development, manufacturing, and supply chain management, all focused on integrated premium packaging.
Currently, Wing Fat Printing has set up several wholly-owned and joint-venture factories equipped with cutting-edge technology in the China mainland, Hong Kong & Macao, China, as well as Vietnam and the United States. Their operations cover much of China and are extending internationally, taking advantage of a well-connected production network.
Wing Fat Printing holds nearly 500 patents, which include utility model and invention patents. The Tien Chu (Hong Kong) Company Limited started with the production of monosodium glutamate and has actively developed new products in line with the momentum of reform and opening up. The company has invested significant resources to expand into both domestic and international markets. In 2003, it established a joint venture company called Hangzhou Tienchu Miyuan Health Food Co., Ltd., with Hangzhou Miyuan Health Food Co., Ltd.. Today, Tien Chu (Hong Kong) has grown into a major brand for seasonings, convenience sauces, and health foods, with sales in over 40 countries, offering unique products that cater to diverse tastes. Tien Chu (Hong Kong) achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certifications every year.
In the 1930s, Tien Chu won multiple prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal at the Centennial Exposition, the Gold Medal at the Brussels World's Fair, and the Gold Medal at the Chicago World's Fair. The company has been honored with the title of "Hong Kong Famous Brand" for 20 consecutive years. In 2006, it was recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Dynamic Enterprises in China and received the Prime Awards for the Best Brand Enterprise in Greater China in 2007, the 2007 Best Potential Brand Award (Greater China Region), and was named one of the Top 10 Suppliers in China's Hospitality Industry in 2008-2009.

Situated in Wan Chai near Causeway Bay, South Pacific Hotel is a four-star establishment that began operations at the end of 1992. It is managed and operated by South Pacific Hotel (Hong Kong) Limited.
The main building of South Pacific Hotel consists of 28 stories and is designed with an oval glass curtain wall, covering roughly 14,700 square meters of operating space. The hotel houses 298 rooms, which include standard rooms, family rooms, executive rooms, and open-plan rooms, as well as amenities such as a spacious ballroom, a gym, and multifunctional activity rooms.
In 2021, South Pacific Hotel was awarded the "Best Hotel in the World" by Ctrip. In 2022, it received the "Best Popular Hotel" for Staycation in Hong Kong, making it the only non-five-star hotel to be nominated. In 2023, South Pacific Hotel won both the "Meituan Hotel Award for Outstanding Partners" and the "Agoda Gold Circle Award."
